Through empowerment and social inclusion disabled persons need to rely less on family and state support. In ensuring that due steps are taken to minimise the digital divide, we aim to enable individuals to contribute productively to society and the economy.

Maltese disabled people and their organisations have complained that there is not enough information about what ICT products and services are available to them.

Very often they give up on improving their ICT skills simply because they assume that no adequate services are available, to suit their needs. It makes business sense, to target the widest possible number of potential clients, thus maximising the benefits arising from your efforts to improve yours products and services.
